Formway is evolving

Mark Sandilands, General Manager of Formway Furniture Australia, and Maurice Ward, General Manager of Formway Furniture New Zealand, are pleased to announce that a restructuring of Formway Furniture Ltd. has recently been completed. The changes that will occur are as follows:

• A new company, Formway Distribution Ltd, has purchased the distribution operations of Formway Furniture in Australia and New Zealand. This new business has been established to strengthen the company’s product offering, and services, to customers both in Australia and New Zealand.
• The parent company, Formway Furniture Ltd, has thereby transformed itself into Formway Design Ltd, a company solely focussed on the ongoing investment in new design and IP in the global commercial furniture marketplace.

The separation of Design from Distribution will enable Mark and Maurice to place all of their resources at the service of customers. Formway Distribution Ltd. will now look to widen their product range and streamline supply activities to be more competitive in the marketplace.

Formway Distribution is fully committed to the Australasian market and is confident that customers will benefit from the new focus and investment in distribution activities in both Australia and New Zealand.
